Beatsons Whitepine un-treated weatherboard 16x137mm (sold by the Meter)

Untreated whitepine weatherboard cladding, 16 x 137mm, sold by the metre. A smooth, paintable softwood board for sheds, outbuildings, garden rooms and internal feature walls.

Sold by the metre. Order the exact linear length your project requires.

Untreated whitepine weatherboard gives you a smooth, light-coloured, fine-grained softwood board milled to a 16 x 137mm profile. Because it arrives untreated, apply your own oil, wax, stain or exterior paint and control the finish yourself.

For any exterior application it should be treated with a suitable wood preservative or paint before installation, and ideally on all faces including cut ends. Used internally, or once properly treated for outdoor use, this board suits shed and outbuilding cladding, garden room walls, cabin exteriors, and internal feature panelling.

Key Features:

• Whitepine finish: light, consistent colour and fine, even grain.
• 16 x 137mm profile: standard sizing for cladding coverage on sheds, outbuildings and garden walls.
• Untreated for full control: apply your own oil, wax, stain or exterior-grade paint
• Sold per metre: order exactly the length you need, minimal waste on site.

FAQs

Does this weatherboard need to be treated before I use it outside?

Yes. It's supplied untreated. Apply a suitable exterior wood preservative, stain or paint before installation for outdoor use, treating all faces including cut ends.

How do I know how many metres to order?

Measure the total length of wall or surface you're covering, then order that length in metres. Since this is sold per linear metre, you can order the exact figure without rounding up to a fixed board size.

Can I use this weatherboard indoors without treating it?

Yes. Left untreated, it works well as an internal feature wall or panelling where decay resistance isn't a factor, and the raw pine surface still takes paint, wax or oil if you want a specific look.
