The Plana P 4.5mm Plain (Talc) is a high-performance, torch-applied bitumen waterproofing membrane manufactured by Polyglass (a Mapei Group company). It is specifically designed as a versatile "cap sheet" for flat roofing systems, combining durability with cost-effective application

Plana P is an APP (Atactic Polypropylene) modified plastomeric bitumen membrane. It features a strong non-woven polyester reinforcement that provides excellent dimensional stability and mechanical strength. The "Plain" or "Talc" version is finished with a fine talc or sand on the top surface and a Polyflam polyethylene film on the underside, which melts quickly during torching to ensure a secure, watertight bond.

Note: For a complete waterproofing system, it is typically recommended to use this in conjunction with a suitable underlay, such as Plana V2, and a bituminous primer for the substrate
