Brett Martin Axedo 250x225mm Spigot x Socket UltraRib Adaptor

Our adaptor (spigot-to-socket) designed to connect a 160 mm outlet (spigot) — typically from an inspection chamber (e.g. part of the Brett Martin “Axedo” system) — to a 150 mm “Twinwall” surface-water drainage pipe. “Twinwall” refers to double-walled (corrugated) polyethylene drainage pipe, commonly used for surface water and land drainage applications.

 Typical Use Cases

• Used where you need to join a rigid 160 mm inspection-chamber outlet to a 150 mm Twinwall drainage pipe — e.g. in surface water drainage, land drainage, soakaways, or storm-water systems.

• Useful in both domestic and agricultural or civil-engineering drainage setups, where Twinwall pipework is preferred for surface or storm drainage.

Key Characteristics / Features

• Spigot × Socket connection — spigot end connects to a 160 mm socket outlet (e.g. inspection chamber), socket end accepts 150 mm Twinwall pipe.

• Compatibility with Twinwall systems — designed to work with Twinwall polyethylene pipe systems, allowing integration of rigid drainage components with corrugated pipework.
• Suitable for surface-water & non-pressurised drainage — standard use in drainage, soakaway, storm-water systems (not for pressurised applications).
• Rigid durable material — built to integrate with drainage infrastructure; as with Brett Martin Twinwall fittings, likely to be high-density polyethylene (PE) for durability, chemical resistance, and long service life.
