Brett Martin 68Mm Cast iron effect Style Offset 380mm

• Profile: 68 mm nominal diameter round downpipe in the “Cascade Cast‑Iron Style” finish.

• Type: Fixed offset fitting with a 380 mm lateral offset. “Offset” meaning the downpipe run is displaced laterally by 380mm from the original alignment.

• Finish: Cast‑iron effect detailing, designed to replicate the appearance of traditional cast‑iron drainage/ downpipe systems but in modern uPVC material.

• Material: uPVC (PVC‑u), fully UV‑stabilised and corrosion‑resistant.

• Colour: Standard “Classic Black” listing. Also available in several heritage colours (Oxford Blue, Olive Green, Graphite Grey, Sandstone, Porcelain White, Anthracite) though non‑standard colours may have longer lead times.

• Heritage Styling: The “Cast‑Iron Style” range is specifically designed for heritage, period or architectural projects where a traditional cast‑iron aesthetic is required, but with modern installation benefits. The product page says it: “blends perfectly with the architectural detailing on heritage buildings, being virtually indistinguishable from original Cast Iron systems.”

• Lateral Offset: The 380mm offset allows the downpipe to be moved laterally (i.e., away from immediate line) so that it can clear architectural features (e.g., string courses, windows, projections) or align with mounting/fixing points while remaining close to the wall. The description emphasises this use: “helps to angle your downpipe towards your wall ensuring a vertical water run."

• Modern Material: Using uPVC instead of metal cast iron means lower weight, easier handling, no rust/corrosion, easier installation and maintenance.

• Compatible System: It forms part of the Cascade Cast‑Iron Style system for the 68mm round downpipe size — assuring component compatibility, matched finish, and system integrity.

• Warranty & Durability: The product listing mentions a 10‑year warranty on all Cascade Cast‑Iron Style systems.
