Fixing Instructions for Dot and Dab

• Use a proprietary gypsum-based adhesive to bond the Warmline range to walls.
• Follow the manufacturer's instructions carefully.
• Apply a continuous ribbon of adhesive around openings.
• Place three vertical rows of adhesive dabs on walls, spaced 300mm apart, with continuous beads at the top and bottom.
• After the adhesive sets, fix at least two insulation anchors through the board into the wall, ensuring a minimum 30mm penetration into masonry.

Fixing Instructions for Mechanical Fixing

• Attach treated batons (50mm x 25mm) to the wall at a maximum of 600mm centers, with horizontal batons at floor and ceiling levels.
• Secure the Warmline board using drywall screws spaced 150mm apart, penetrating the batons by 25mm.
• For boards installed on rafters, fix them perpendicular to the timbers and use bridging pieces between the rafters for a solid finish.
