McAlpine Plumbing MAC-7A 14° Angle MACFIT WC Connector

• The McAlpine MAC-7A is a 14° angled MACFIT WC connector designed to facilitate the connection between a toilet pan and a soil pipe, especially in installations where a straight connector isn't suitable. Its angled design provides flexibility, accommodating various plumbing configurations.

  Key Features:

  • Compatibility: The connector has a 97-107mm inlet, making it suitable for all pan spigots within this range. The outlet fits 4"/110mm inside diameter of both PVC-U and cast iron soil pipes.

  • Construction: Manufactured from Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate (EVA), a durable and flexible plastic material, it ensures a secure and long-lasting connection.

  • Seal Technology: Incorporates a patented 'lock ring' inlet seal, providing a superior and tighter connection to the WC pan outlet, reducing the risk of leaks.

  • Aesthetic Design: The white finish matches standard sanitaryware, ensuring a cohesive look in bathroom installations.

Standards Compliance: Complies with BS 5627:1984 standards, ensuring reliability and quality in plumbing applications.

  • The MAC-7A's 14° angle is particularly useful when the soil pipe is not directly aligned with the toilet pan outlet, allowing for a smoother and more efficient installation. Its design simplifies the installation process, making it a reliable choice for both new installations and refurbishment projects.
