Brett Martin Single Socket Roddable Gully with Rectangular Grid

The Brett Martin Single Socket Roddable Gully (B1102) is an innovative, high-performance underground drainage component designed to collect surface rainwater and runoff and efficiently direct it into a standard 110mm drainage network. Manufactured from 100% externally sourced recycled polymers, this eco-friendly gully features a smart single-socket design that allows it to be installed significantly closer to external walls than traditional double-socket variants.

Key Features & Benefits

• Space-Saving Single Socket: The single push-fit socket configuration reduces the overall footprint, enabling installers to position the gully much closer to the fabric of the building.

• Easy Rodding Access: Designed with a removable dip-tube and internal trap mechanism, offering quick and unobstructed access for rodding and clearing blockages.

• Cost-Effective & Eco-Friendly: Costs less than standard double-socket alternatives while cutting down on overall installation time. Responsibly manufactured from durable, 100% recycled polymers.

• High Chemical & Impact Resistance: Robust uPVC/polymeric construction ensures the unit is lightweight for easy handling, yet highly resistant to ground movement and domestic chemicals.

• Rectangular Grid Top: Includes a hardwearing rectangular grid that maximizes surface water ingress while stopping large debris from entering the system.
