The Brett Martin 315mm Chamber Seal (B3158) creates a secure, watertight joint between 315mm shallow access chamber bases, riser shafts, and cover frames. Manufactured from durable elastomeric rubber, this ring seal prevents groundwater ingress and foul water leakage, keeping your underground drainage installation fully compliant with UK Building Regulations (Part H).

Designed specifically for Brett Martin’s 315mm underground drainage network, the B3158 rubber gasket seats into the corrugated rib profile of the chamber riser. It offers flexibility to absorb ground movement without cracking or losing compression.

Installation Tip: Clean all mating surfaces of dirt and debris before positioning the seal. Apply approved silicone drainage lubricant evenly around the seal surface to ensure a smooth, damage-free push-fit joint.
