Brett Martin 1.8m Socketed Pipe with Lugs round 105Mm Cast iron Style Downpipe

• Size / Profile: Round downpipe, nominal diameter 105 mm (Cast‑Iron Style).

Length: 1.8 metres (1800 mm) — socketed pipe with lugs.

• Type: Socketed downpipe length with integrated lugs for wall fixing.

• Finish / Style: Cast‑Iron Style effect, heritage appearance, part of the “Cascade” range by Brett Martin.

• Material: PVC‑u (uPVC) with UV stabilisation, designed to replicate cast‑iron downpipe styling but using modern plastic materials for ease of installation and corrosion resistance.

• Colour / Finish: Standard classic black finish (other heritage colours may be available subject to special order) — typical of the Cascade cast‑iron style range.

• Heritage cast‑iron aesthetic: The 105 mm diameter size and cast‑iron style detailing make this downpipe ideal for traditional or period properties, listed buildings, or locations where a cast‑iron look is required while utilising modern materials.

• Modern material advantage: Although styled to look like cast iron, being PVC‑u means: lighter weight, easier handling, no rust/corrosion issues, lower maintenance.

• Socketed pipe with lugs: The socketed end allows insertion of the next downpipe section; integrated lugs provide fixing points to the wall or structure, supporting a secure and aesthetically clean installation.

• System compatibility: Being part of the Cascade Cast‑Iron Style range, this downpipe size (105 mm round) is designed to work with matching gutters/outlets/hoppers/fittings in the same system.

• Installation ready: With the lugs moulded in and socket ready, installation is simplified — suitable for retrofit or new build where appearance and functionality are both priorities.
