Frequently Asked Questions

1. Are OSB3 boards suitable for loft flooring?
OSB3 boards are often used for loft flooring because they are structural and moisture-resistant. Suitability may depend on joist spacing and building regulations, so installation should follow local requirements.

2. Can these boards be used in roofing applications?
They are commonly used as a deck beneath roofing felt, provided installation follows standard structural guidelines.

3. Do the boards require additional support?
Most installations require joists spaced appropriately for 18 mm OSB. Over-spacing or uneven supports can reduce performance, so checking load recommendations is important.
