Beatsons Egger D4 Joint & Joist Adhesive

EGGER D4 Joint & Joist Adhesive is a high-performance structural flooring adhesive specifically engineered for use with EGGER flooring products and other timber board installations. It’s an essential part of the EGGER Advanced Structural Flooring System, offering strong, durable, and moisture-resistant bonds in flooring and timber joinery applications.

Key Features

• Waterproof & Durable: Classified to D4 (EN 204) standards for high water resistance and long-lasting performance. huwsgray.co.uk
• Expanding Formula: The adhesive expands and foams out of board joints during curing, sealing gaps and helping prevent moisture ingress.

• Strong Bond: Designed to securely bond board joints, flooring boards to joists, and seal cut edges of EGGER particleboards.

• Gap Filling: Its foaming action fills irregular or uneven surfaces between joists and boards. ellisdawe.co.uk
• Improved Floor Performance: Can help reduce squeaks and contribute toward meeting sound test standards (e.g., 43 dB) when used as part of EGGER’s flooring system.
• No Special Tools Required: Supplied in user-friendly bottles, eliminating the need for specialised dispensing guns or tapes.

Typical Applications

• Gluing tongue & groove flooring joints on chipboard and structural flooring boards.

• Bonding boards to joists during floor installations.
