Brett Martin Kitemark 3m Pipe Single Socket SN8

This is an underground drainage/sewer pipe by Brett Martin, designed for robust performance in drainage and wastewater systems. It’s a single‑socket pipe: one end has a socket for sealing/joining to another pipe or fitting, making installation simpler and allowing a tight, leak‑resistant joint. The “SN8” designation indicates the pipe’s ring‑stiffness rating — meaning it’s rated to handle a certain level of external load/pressure (e.g. from backfill or ground load) when buried. Pipes to this standard are intended for underground sewer and drainage applications.

Key Features & Benefits

• Durable & reliable: The PVC‑U construction ensures resistance to corrosion, chemical attack, and ground conditions, and is robust enough for long-term underground installation.

• Easy jointing & leak resistance: The single‑socket design — often including a lip or compression seal — helps create a secure, leak‑free joint that is also resistant to dislodgement under ground load.

• Compliant with industry standards: Being Kitemarked and EN‑compliant provides assurance of quality, suitability for drainage/sewer applications, and compliance with building regulations.

• Versatile for underground drainage/sewer systems: Suitable for residential, commercial, or industrial drainage installations, including foul water, sewage, or wastewater conveyance to mains or septic systems.
