Everbuild Miter Fast Bonding Kit

Everbuild Mitre Fast Bonding Kit is a two-part instant adhesive system designed to rapidly bond mitre joints and other materials in furniture, timber, kitchen and plastics applications. It combines a high-viscosity cyanoacrylate adhesive with an aerosol activator to create strong bonds in a fraction of the time needed with traditional wood glues.

How It Works

• Two-part system: Includes a cyanoacrylate glue and a spray activator.

• Flash setting: Bonds most materials in about 10 seconds once the activator and adhesive are applied.

• High viscosity: Minimises soak-in on porous substrates (e.g., wood), improving bond strength over ordinary cyanoacrylate glues.

• Gap-filling: Fills small gaps up to about 0.2 mm in mitre joints.

Typical Uses

Ideal for mitre joints and trim work, including:

• MDF, wood and chipboard
• Rubber, plastics and Perspex
• uPVC, ceramics, aluminium and various metals
• Cornice, picture frames, skirting and architrave
• Worktop end strips and trims

• Production line assembly tasks (e.g., electronics or uPVC window trims)

Benefits

• Fast assembly: Significantly reduces bonding and assembly time compared to standard wood adhesives. Dortech Direct
• Strong bonds: High bond strength, especially on porous surfaces. Sika UK
• Economical: Only small amounts needed per joint.
