What is marine ply?

Marine plywood is used for environments prone to moisture exposure. High quality timber is bonded with waterproof adhesive to provide good water resistance. The plywood is smooth, splinter free and provides exceptional strength, whilst being lightweight for handling.

Is marine ply waterproof?

Marine plywood is designed with waterproof adhesives to be able to withstand some moisture. Prolonged exposure to water (i.e. submerged) will in time cause damage as it is not entirely waterproof.
