Manufactured from quality whitewood pine, each batten is pressure treated to improve durability and help protect against rot, fungal decay and insect attack, making them suitable for long-term external use.

The traditional sawn finish offers excellent grip for handling, cutting and fixing, making these battens a popular choice for roofing, fencing, timber framing, garden structures and general building work. They're supplied in a range of common sizes, with most stocked in 4.8 metre lengths and selected sizes available in 3.6 metres.

As timber lengths can vary between branches, please contact your local Beatsons branch if you require a specific length, or leave your preferred length in the order comments when checking out. Timber is sold per metre, so remember to calculate the total metres required before placing your order. For example, if you require five 4.8m lengths, order a quantity of 24 metres.
