RUBI TK manual tile cutters

TK manual cutters are a new concept in manual ceramic cutting, it is the only ASYMMETRIC monoguide cutter on the market. With a combination of cutting-edge materials and an innovative design, the TK from RUBI is the most advanced manual ceramic tile cutter on the market. Its special design with asymmetric guide provides great visibility of the scoring wheel during marking, and it is also equipped with special bearings suitable for high load conditions that offer smooth and precise sliding. Its 1500 kg of maximum power and its exclusive and patented separating mechanism allow the professional tiler to operate the cutter with one hand, thus facilitating work with large formats of ceramic tile. For the operation of separating the ceramic, it consists of a trigger and ratchet system that provides a feeling of safety and power when separating the ceramic. It includes a removable aluminium square provided with a magnetic system, with which we will improve the precision in the measurement and avoid possible movements or misalignments. It also includes an additional screw fixation in order to completely fix the square profile. The TK manual cutters have been specially designed to work with large format tiles. Available in 4 different models, the TK is compatible with formats up to 160 cm in straight cut or 110x110 cm diagonally. Its large cutting capacity and great power allow it to cut pieces up to 21 mm thick*, with the possibility of adjusting the working position and adapting the power of the machine according to the thickness of the material. For better usability, the new TK incorporates a 30 cm long side stop, offering a large support surface for making repetitive cuts in large pieces. The TK manual cutters are compatible with the entire new range of PLUS SLS (Secure Lock System) cutting wheels from RUBI, and are supplied with one Ø 22 mm EXTREME cutting wheel.

• There are some ceramic materials with thicknesses greater than 15 mm which, due to their physical characteristics, possible internal stresses or finishes, are difficult to cut manually. It is advisable to make some sample cuts to determine the compatibility of the product.

• Pure power. 1500kg of maximum power combined with a mechanism with trigger system that allows scratching and separating with one hand.
• Asymmetrical guide. perfect visibility of the scoring wheel. Same visibility as RUBI double-guide cutters.
• Swivel square with magnetic fixation. Removable aluminium square, with a unique profile magnetic system for greater precision and to avoid any movement or misalignment. It also includes an additional screw fixation in order to completely fix the square profile.
• Robust and foldable. The "chassis-guide" tandem gives the TK greater robustness and reduces the flexing of the assembly. The design of the machine in the folded position makes it easy to transport, both inside and outside the bag.

•  *Some materials with a thickness greater than 9/16" (15 mm) may be difficult to cut manually due to physical characteristics, internal tensions and/or finish. We recommend making sample cuts to determine product compatibility and alternatively suggest cutting these types of material using an electric tile cutter. **The pictures of this product might be slightly different to its final version.
