Technical Details

Installation and Important Information

• Marshalls recommends laying porcelain paving on a full mortar bed (30-40mm) and never on a five spot bed.
• Apply Marshalls Paving Primer to the back of each unit before laying to help it bond to the mortar.
• Fill the 3-5mm joints with Marshalls Symphony Jointing Material or Marshalls Exterior Jointing Grout. Jointing material is not included.
• Cut with water-fed equipment and a diamond blade suitable for porcelain, and never use a fibre blade.
• Inspect the units on delivery and mix them from different packs to blend colour. Some variation between batches is normal.
• Follow the Marshalls Porcelain Paving Installation Guide. A UKCA Declaration of Performance is available from Marshalls.
