Brett Martin Cascade 105mm Cast Iron Style Offset 380mm

Key Features & Benefits

• Period Detail Without the Weight: Engineered with authentic surface textures that mirror real cast iron, saving installation time and scaffolding labor costs.

• Weather & UV Resistant: Will not rust, rot, split, or corrode over time, even under harsh Scottish coastal weather conditions.

• 105mm High-Capacity Flow: Accommodates higher flow rates than standard 68mm domestic systems, making it suitable for larger residential roofs or commercial buildings.

• Fast Installation: Precision socketed connection ensures watertight jointing without complex mechanical fixings or heavy support brackets.

• Zero Painting Required: Pre-finished in Classic Black—remains pristine without repainting or priming year after year.

Achieve the architectural heritage look of authentic cast iron without the weight, installation hassle, or ongoing maintenance. The Brett Martin Cascade 105mm Cast Iron Style 380mm Offset (BR9380CI) is engineered to seamlessly bridge the gap between running outlets or gutter drop points and vertical downpipes running down exterior masonry.

Designed with a 380mm projection, this offset pipe easily navigates standard roof overhangs, soffits, and architectural steps. It is crafted using advanced uPVC technology, combining authentic hand-cast textures and detailing with the lightweight durability of modern plastics.

Whether restoring a period home, managing a conservation-grade renovation, or building a high-end replica property, the 105mm Round Cascade system provides high-capacity rainwater drainage with lasting visual appeal.
