The Brett Martin Cascade BR9230CI Offset bridges a 230mm gap between the running outlet or guttering at the eaves and the main vertical downpipe flush against the external wall. Part of Brett Martin’s high-capacity 105mm round downpipe range, this component is engineered specifically for larger residential, commercial, or heritage buildings requiring higher water flow capacity.

Manufactured from durable, UV-stabilized, architectural-grade uPVC, the Cascade system faithfully replicates the authentic detailing, fixings, and textured finish of traditional cast iron pipework.Unlike real iron, it won't rust, corrode, or require frequent painting, saving significantly on long-term labor and maintenance costs.
