Brett Martin 68Mm Cast Iron effect Style Corner Shoe With Lugs

• Size/Profile: Suitable for a 68 mm nominal diameter round downpipe in the Cast Iron Style finish.

• Function: A “shoe” fitting used at the base of a downpipe at a corner, with integrated lugs for fixing to the wall/structure, directing water away from the building at the run‑out point.

• Material & Finish: uPVC (PVC‑u), UV‑stabilised, cast iron effect detailing for a heritage aesthetic but with modern material advantages.

• Colour / Variant Options: Standard listed in Classic Black; other heritage colours such as Oxford Blue, Olive Green, Graphite Grey, Sandstone, Porcelain White etc are available (with extended lead times) for the Cast Iron Style range.

• Certification / Standards: Product list indicates alignment with BS EN 607:2004 & BS EN ISO 9001:2015 for the Cast Iron Style range.

• Heritage appearance: The corner shoe blends seamlessly with traditional cast‑iron styled downpipe systems, making it ideal for restoration or period‑style architectural applications.

• Modern material performance: Being made from uPVC, it is lighter, easier to handle, corrosion resistant and lower maintenance compared to actual cast iron, while still providing the aesthetic appearance of cast iron.

• Corner‑specific design: This “corner shoe with lugs” is specifically designed for the point where the downpipe meets the wall or ground at a corner, ensuring correct water discharge and architectural alignment for corner downpipe runs.

• Fixing lugs built‑in: The integrated lugs (ears) provide secure fixing points so the pipe and shoe are anchored properly to the building structure, improving stability and alignment.

• System compatibility: Since it is part of the Cascade Cast Iron Style 68 mm round system, it is fully compatible with other components (downpipes, couplers, offsets, hoppers) in the same series. Ensures consistency and ease of specification.
