Q&A with Installer

How easy is it to install the Primastep 1200 concrete steps?
Installing the Primastep 1200 steps took a bit of time initially, especially figuring out the perfect height for the first step since I was working with facing brick. However, once the first step was set correctly, the rest of the installation was a doddle.

What are the main advantages of using Primastep 1200 concrete steps?
One of the biggest benefits is the lightweight design, making it much easier to lift and position compared to traditional bulky concrete steps. Also, the finished look, it looks classy on the back steps compared to a normal step.

Do customers appreciate the look and finish of the Primastep 1200 steps?
Definitely! Especially from the side. Looking face on they look like normal steps but when you stand in the garden and look toward them they look great.

Will you choose Primastep 1200 concrete steps for future projects?
Absolutely 100%! After working out the first step, the process became much faster for the rest. Would be a lot quicker next time and if roughcasting I would have been half the time. Most importantly, my back wasn't breaking which is a big plus.
