Everbuild Brick & Patio Cleaner 5LTR

Everbuild Opti-Mix Mortar Plasticiser is a highly concentrated air-entraining liquid plasticising admixture designed to improve the performance and workability of mortar mixes. It’s much stronger than standard plasticisers — 1 litre effectively replaces about 25 litres of conventional mortar plasticiser.

Key Features

• Superior Plasticising Action: Forms very stable micro air bubbles in the mortar, improving the consistency and workability — often described as giving a “buttery” consistency that’s easier to apply and finish.

• Improved Durability: Helps reduce shrinkage, cracking and curling as mortar cures, and gives enhanced resistance to mild frost and freeze-thaw cycles.

• Reduces Efflorescence: By replacing lime in the mix, it can help lower the chance of salt deposits (efflorescence) forming on the surface.

• Highly Concentrated: A small dosage — typically 5–10 ml per 50 kg cement — is enough to improve mortar properties significantly.

• Easy to Use: Supplied in a self-gauging bottle for controlled dosing.
