Everbuild Accelerator & Frostproofer 203 5ltr
Everbuild 203 Accelerator & Frostproofer is a chloride-free liquid admixture designed for use in cement-based mixes to speed up setting and hardening and to protect fresh mortar/concrete from frost damage during cold weather. Key Features Accelerates setting and hardening times of mortar, concrete, screeds and renders — useful in cold conditions or when rapid set is needed. Frost protection: helps prevent freeze-thaw damage to fresh mixes in temperatures down to around -8 °C. Chloride-free, non-corrosive formula, making it safer with embedded metal (e.g., brick ties). Conforms to EN 934-2 Table 7 (standard for concrete admixtures)
Everbuild Brick & Patio Cleaner 5LTR
Everbuild Opti-Mix Mortar Plasticiser is a highly concentrated air-entraining liquid plasticising admixture designed to improve the performance and workability of mortar mixes. It’s much stronger than standard plasticisers — 1 litre effectively replaces about 25 litres of conventional mortar plasticiser. Key Features Superior Plasticising Action: Forms very stable micro air bubbles in the mortar, improving the consistency and workability — often described as giving a “buttery” consistency that’s easier to apply and finish. Improved Durability: Helps reduce shrinkage, cracking and curling as mortar cures, and gives enhanced resistance to mild frost and freeze-thaw cycles. Reduces Efflorescence: By replacing lime in the mix, it can help lower the chance of salt deposits (efflorescence) forming on the surface. Highly Concentrated: A small dosage — typically 5–10 ml per 50 kg cement — is enough to improve mortar properties significantly. Easy to Use: Supplied in a self-gauging bottle for controlled dosing.
Everbuild Fungicidal wash 404 5LTR
EVERBUILD® 404 Fungicidal Wash is a powerful, fast[1]acting solution which is effective on most surfaces. It quickly removes fungus and lichen from floors, walls, drives and roofs. It also leaves a residual surface to help prevent further infestation
Everbuild Opti-Mix Mortar Plasticiser is a highly concentrated, air-entraining liquid plasticising admixture designed to improve the properties and performance of mortar mixes. It comes in a self-gauging 1 L bottle. Key Features Highly concentrated formula – 1 L of Opti-Mix is equivalent in performance to approximately 25 L of conventional mortar plasticiser, reducing waste and storage needs. Air-entraining action – forms stable microscopic air bubbles within the mortar mix to improve workability. Application Notes Typical dosage is 5–10 ml per 50 kg of cement. Add the product to the gauging water before mixing with dry materials — do not mix directly into the dry components.
Sika®-1 Waterproofer is an aqueous solution containing complex colloidal silicates. In the presence of water these swell and block the capillaries and pores in the applied sand/cement renders, screeds and mortar to provide an effective barrier against the transmission of liquid water. Used: for structural screeds to resist water pressure below ground when used in conjunction with Sika®-1 pre-batched mortars; waterproof renders to resist moisture above ground; internal below ground basement waterproofing; general waterproofing admixture for mortar.
Everbuild 501 Universal PVA Bond is a multi‑purpose bonding agent, primer, sealer and admixture used widely in construction and DIY. It’s a medium‑viscosity polyvinyl acetate (PVA) emulsion, stabilized with polyvinyl alcohol and externally plasticised with a vinyl acetate homopolymer. It does not contain harmful phthalates. Key Uses Acts as a general‑purpose adhesive for wood, cork, paper, textiles and other porous materials. Used as an admixture in mortar, screeds and renders to improve performance. Works as a bonding agent for screeds and renders to poorly bonded or dense substrates (concrete, tiles, etc). Can be applied as a primer/sealer before plastering or tiling to seal porous surfaces. When mixed with materials (e.g., wood shavings and plaster), it can be used as an internal filler.
SikaBond PVA+ D2 Bonding Agent
Sikabond PVA+ / similar SikaBond PVA D2 is a polyvinyl acetate (PVA)‑based bonding agent — a white, water‑based liquid used as a general‑purpose adhesive, primer, sealer and admixture in building and renovation work. It is classified to EN 204:2016 as a D2 wood adhesive, meaning it meets specific standards for interior moisture resistance and bonding performance. Typical Uses SikaBond PVA D2 is highly versatile and can be used for: ✔ Bonding plaster, wood, paper, textiles, cork and other porous materials. ✔ Acting as a bonding agent for plaster, cement screeds and render to sound substrates such as concrete, brick or stone. Sika UK ✔ Primer & sealer before plastering, tiling or painting to improve adhesion and reduce suction. Sika UK ✔ Mortar admixture to improve adhesion in screeds, renders or repair mortars. Sika UK ✔ Filling applications (e.g., mixed with wood shavings or plaster as an internal filler).
