TK manual cutters are a new concept in manual ceramic cutting, it is the only ASYMMETRIC monoguide cutter on the market. With a combination of cutting-edge materials and an innovative design, the TK from RUBI is the most advanced manual ceramic tile cutter on the market. Its special design with asymmetric guide provides great visibility of the scoring wheel during marking, and it is also equipped with special bearings suitable for high load conditions that offer smooth and precise sliding. Its 1500 kg of maximum power and its exclusive and patented separating mechanism allow the professional tiler to operate the cutter with one hand, thus facilitating work with large formats of ceramic tile. For the operation of separating the ceramic, it consists of a trigger and ratchet system that provides a feeling of safety and power when separating the ceramic. It includes a removable aluminium square provided with a magnetic system, with which we will improve the precision in the measurement and avoid possible movements or misalignments. It also includes an additional screw fixation in order to completely fix the square profile. The TK manual cutters have been specially designed to work with large format tiles. Available in 4 different models, the TK is compatible with formats up to 160 cm in straight cut or 110x110 cm diagonally. Its large cutting capacity and great power allow it to cut pieces up to 21 mm thick*, with the possibility of adjusting the working position and adapting the power of the machine according to the thickness of the material. For better usability, the new TK incorporates a 30 cm long side stop, offering a large support surface for making repetitive cuts in large pieces. The TK manual cutters are compatible with the entire new range of PLUS SLS (Secure Lock System) cutting wheels from RUBI, and are supplied with one Ø 22 mm EXTREME cutting wheel. There are some ceramic materials with thicknesses greater than 15 mm which, due to their physical characteristics, possible internal stresses or finishes, are difficult to cut manually. It is advisable to make some sample cuts to determine the compatibility of the product.
The range of TX-MAX professional manual cutters are perfect for INTENSIVE cutting of all types of ceramic tile. Highly precise scoring. Entire system highly efficient. Reinforced components. Heavy duty. High breaking power (2646 lb) - MASTER POWER. One-handed operation. * There are some materials over 9/16" (15 mm) thick which, due to their physical properties, possible inner or surface tensions, are difficult to cut manually. It is recommended to make some sample cuts to determine the compatibility of the product. CUTTING MATERIALS For intensive cutting of all types of ceramic tile, ideal for porcelain stoneware and extruded stoneware
When we talk about TR-MAGNET manual cutters we should highlight their mobile breaker. Thanks to the mobile breaker, TR-MAGNET manual cutters are ideal for diagonal cuts. Fast operating system with magnet, for one handed use. Reinforced operating material. Increased breaking power. Revolving square with central pivot for fast and accurate measurements for cutting angles. Floating base with shock absorber for better tile breaking. CUTTING MATERIALS For intensive cutting of porcelain tiles and ceramic tiles.
