Stock Information:
Although we do try to keep our stock information as accurate as possible, due to stock availability being fast moving and constantly changing, some of our items may be out of stock at time of purchase.
Should the items be out of stock, you will be contacted and offered either an alternative option or given a proposed delivery date. You will also be given the option to cancel, should you wish to do so.
We will not accept returns for powder, aggregate, paint, sand and gravel or bespoke/special order items. Special Order items may be cancelled or returned subject to the prior agreement of the manufacturer, however there will be a re-stocking and collection fee charged for this.
Special Order items are items which we do not hold physical stock of in our branches and must have these brought into our depots or delivered direct by our suppliers. Due to this lead times for these products may also be extended.
